Content Marketing: who still has doubts?

For many doubters here is further confirmation: from research conducted by Outbrain in collaboration with eConsultancy 90% of marketers surveyed believe content marketing is a key part of presenting a product, service, or offering while more than 90% of all digital marketers believe content marketing will become more important over the next 12 months.

65 % of people surveyed believe that content marketing is becoming their discipline while 50% of companies surveyed say they are working with companies experienced in content marketing to write their own content

54% of the surveyed brands claim, as a result of content marketing activities, they have increased the number of hits to their website by at least 42% and increased brand awareness by 35%

From this study, it is also possible to identify the types of activities that produced these results. The 83% gets these results from social posts, email/newsletters 78%, news 67%, blog posts 63%

Finally, the study analyzes the difficulties of brands in carrying out content marketing activity. 54% of the surveyed brands state that they do not have a person in the company dedicated to this activity while 66% state that they do not have a budget to allocate to content marketing activity,42% believe that they do not have the human resources necessary to effectively execute a content marketing strategy.
