Microsoft-supportFor the third year in a row, Microsoft climbs the top step of the podium, winning the gold medal in the ranking Great Place to Work Europe. The American multinational company was awarded along with Admiral Group and NetApp (second and third place) for "employee development and work/life balance" where in this particular ranking for the first time since rancking has existed, the absence of an Italian company is noticeable among the top 100 companies. (All the fault of the crisis?!)

Microsoft offers its employees not only flexible hours and no-limit parental leave, but also free medical care for all employees (including family), a mini-market and a takeaway.

Employee happiness means not only higher productivity (on average +31%) but also, as some economic analyses explain, three times as much creativity (compared to dissatisfied workers) and the greater the satisfaction at work the better the corporate image and employer attachment. In addition, effective corporate welfare policies dramatically reduce absenteeism and workplace injuries.
